How do I get paid for tickets?

Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, on your Stripe payout schedule. Konecto never holds it.

Konecto checkout runs on Stripe Connect. When a buyer pays, the payment is made to your Stripe account and Konecto takes its ticket fee as a separate application fee.

• Payouts follow your Stripe account's schedule.
• Refunds are made from the same Stripe account.
• Free events do not need Stripe at all.
