Can I move from Eventbrite or another platform?

Yes. Recreate the event in Konecto (or ask your AI to), then import existing attendees from a CSV export.

1. Create the event in Konecto with the same ticket types.
2. Export attendees from your old platform as CSV.
3. In Konecto, open Attendees, then Import CSV, and map the columns.
4. Imported attendees receive a Konecto ticket email with a QR code, if you choose to send it.
