What can my AI do in Konecto, and what can it not?

It can create and edit events, tickets, pages, tasks and budgets, and read attendees and analytics. It cannot pay, refund or buy anything without your confirmation.

Your AI can

• Create and update events, sessions and speakers
• Create ticket types and promo codes
• Configure and publish your event page
• List and export attendees, and send transactional updates
• Manage tasks, costs and income if the modules are on
• Read sales, analytics and sponsor engagement

It cannot, without you confirming

• Refund an order
• Buy a domain
• Enable a paid module
• Publish an event for the first time

Those actions return a link that you open and confirm yourself. Every AI action is recorded in your organisation's audit log.
